Charlie is a two-and-a-half-year-old blue merle sheltie.  He is a happy Sheltie whose tail is always wagging. He is playful, energetic, loves people and loves to be petted. He knows "sit" and "come" and is learning "down" .He loves to play with other dogs.  He is smart and has quickly been potty and crate-trained by his foster mom. Charlie is learning to walk on a leash , but once trained, he would love to walk with his people. Local adoption only and fenced yard required no exceptions.
