A SECURE 6 FOOT FENCED YARD IS REQUIRED
Minnie is a cute, sweet and super smart young gal. She is four years old, solidly housetrained, crate trained and has had some obedience training. A bigger Sheltie girl, she weighs 28 lbs., but is not overweight, and is built like an athlete.
Everyone who meets her comments about how well-behaved, loving and beautiful she is. Minnie loves people, but can be a little bossy with other small dogs. Her best friend at her foster home is a larger Collie and they play well together. However, since she is a little rough with smaller dogs, she will be placed into a home as an only dog with no young children. Minnie would make an intelligent agility dog, or possibly a jogging partner. When she is done playing fetch with a tennis ball, she will lay peacefully at your feet, or lay her head in your lap very sweetly. Minnie has repeatedly shown her foster mom how she can easily jump 5 1/2 feet, (usually when in pursuit of a squirrel), hence the fence requirement.
