~~Hi, my name is Neiko, I’m a 7 ½ year old (plump) sheltie boy. I am working on slimming down my figure for swim suit season! I am housebroken and I get along well with people and I am learning to play with the other shelties in my foster home. I bark if I need to go outside but I am somewhat intimidated by bigger dogs. I would like to be a member of a family with small/medium dogs and children if possible. My foster parents let me sit outside in the sun on the deck, which I love to do. Sometimes I whine at mealtime as you can tell by my weight! 35 pounds is too much for my stature. I should be about 25-27 pounds, so my pet parents need to stay on top of my diet. I am fully vetted and microchipped. I just had a dental and I am up to date on all my vaccinations. I am happy to say that my bloodwork looked great and so did my thyroid test. My new "fur"ever home must be in the Kansas City area only.
