My name is Sam and I am twelve years young and healthy for my age. Yes, I have been sheared though my coat will grow out over the next few months. I ride quite well in the car and I am thoroughly house trained. I am a timid Sheltie but the more I am around you the easier I trust. I walk pretty well on the leash and I am learning a few simple commands, though for now I am content to lay around on a comfy bed. A quiet home will work best for me as I find a lot of activity confusing. I enjoy having my head and ears scratched and once I know you I will put my head on your knee for attention. We require a secure fenced yard, we do not accept "invisible" or electric fences. We will check your fence. All our dogs are spay/neutered, current on vaccinations, heartworm tested and on prevention, on Flea & Tick prevention and microchipped. Dentals are completed as needed. You may meet our dogs at Petco on W. 75th Street, just East of Metcalf in Overland Park, KS on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month from 10 to 2 and the 1st Sunday of the month from 11 to 3 or by Appointment. We DO NOT SHIP our dogs.
